LOOPYS ORDERS & RETURNS
WHAT CAN BE RETURNED
Loopys Towels will accept return of product/s if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Product is incorrectly shipped by our warehouse
- Product is deemed faulty by us. Please remember we individually check each item before sending them to our customers to ensure all our products meet our high standards of workmanship.
In the case that the above has occurred we, Loopys, will replace the item/s an no extra cost to the customer if notification of the issue has been reported to email@example.com with photographic evidence within 48 hours of your order arriving. Should this not be the case we will not accept liability for damaged goods.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We know you will love our products, in fact we have never met anyone who has a Loopys and not loved it! If for any reason you are not happy with your Loopys Towel/s please let us know within 48hrs of receiving your product.
We will make contact with you and if you are still adamant you cannot fall in love with your Loopys, we will refund you for your order in full minus original freight cost.
Orders must be sent back to us in their original condition, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return freight is at the customer’s expense and must include tracking. Please note refund will only be made once the goods have been received by our warehouse and assessed that they are in perfect, original, resalable condition.
