Our Free Shipping option is shipped by Australia Post eParcel service or Local Courier which includes a Tracking Number and can take anywhere from 2 – 7 Business Days from dispatch to arrive (Regional areas may take longer). For those who need their orders quickly we offer an Express Shipping option which takes between 1 – 3 business days from dispatch using Australia Posts eParcel EXPRESS Service. YOU must ensure your postcode is part of Australia Posts Express Network (see postcodes below) to take advantage of our Express Post option or delivery will be longer.
Your order must be received by 1:00pm AEST (Sydney time) for order to be dispatched the same day and does not include unforeseen delays out of our control and if this happens your order will still be dispatched the next available business day.
Orders within Australia can be shipped EXPRESS for a flat rate fee of $10.95 AUD (If you order one item or the whole shop you will only pay one Express shipping fee of $10.95)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Loopys ships to the following countries for a flat rate fee so no matter how much you purchase (one item or the entire shop) you will only pay one shipping fee.
NEW ZEALAND/ USA & CANADA/ UK & IRELAND / ASIA: $30.00 AUD
All International orders will be shipped via DHL Global Mail or Australia Post International Economy which includes Tracking and can take from up to 2 – 10 working days from dispatch for delivery. Please note delays in the Post networks globally due to the pandemic and other unforeseen events may impact delivery times.
When International orders reach their destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Unfortunately Loopys cannot control Customs or Quarantine and it is a legal requirement for every country to go through this process.
You, the customer, are responsible for assuring that the products you have ordered can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country, these additional charges must be borne by the recipient.
